June 2021 Peterborough Ontario Real Estate Market Update

While it may seem like the Real Estate market in The Electric city, is slowing, seasonal . With Ontario entering phase 3 and the vaccine roll out at full tilt, people are filling their spare time with social hang outs and catching up on the months missed with friends and family rather than shopping for real estate. However, our inventory has not increased even in this time of reduced showing activity, so selection is still low and prices are poised to rise quickly if the buyer demand returns.
